The core goal of the Lunar Geographical Society is to inspire future generations through the support of lunar expeditions and the stewardship of geographical information.

MISSION

Educate, encourage and motivate a diverse community of students, teachers and the public – fostering generations to participate in lunar development, appreciate the value of new technologies and actively support this endeavor to ensure that knowledge of the moon is expanded, shared and safeguarded for the benefit of humanity.

OUR APPROACH

The Lunar Geographical Society is a membership-based organization – open
to individuals, students, professionals and institutions worldwide who share an interest
in lunar geography, exploration and heritage preservation.

PROGRAMS & INITIATIVES

Our efforts promote lunar exploration, scientific research and cultural preservation.

We coordinate and curate international initiatives to develop a comprehensive lunar atlas with public access.

Mapping Projects

We protect humanity’s space heritage through digital archives that records footprints, instruments and artifacts.

Preserving Heritage

The Society produces peer-reviewed research in lunar geology, resource identification, navigation systems and long-term monitoring of the moon.

Research & Publications

We inspire the next generation of explorers through public education programs, workshops and virtual experiences, ensuring lunar knowledge is accessible to all.
